This is a begonia that was bought for
Patricia on Mothers Day last year and flowered for 4 months.We nearly discarded it after it finished blooming,but the foliage was so healthy.
Guess what? it started to bloom again so I took this shot and although the light was not right I like the outcome.

Lovely colors and a joy to see.
Begonias belong to a huge family that includes over 1000 species worldwide. Except for the hardy begonia, which will survive winters, begonias don’t tolerate cold temperatures, and are grown either as annuals or dug up in the fall, stored and replanted in the spring. Gardeners interested in having begonias year round can grow many different potted-types indoors all year.
