Tattoo on face is the consuetude of the Dulong nation`s woman.They all live on the top of a mountain in the East Great Canyon.....Maybe this words are not enough to explain this nation.....

The light that came from bass gave a beautiful effect to the painting of the face. In my country (Brazil) they exist some tribes that use those paintings. They are very interesting.
