Получилось: фон едет, машина стоит. Лучше было бы наоборот.

а это смотря что снимали - фон или машину. Что главнее - то и должно быть резко. А для того, чтобы было динамично, есть композиционные приемы

A good dynamik shot but the composition is quite static because of central position of the car. IMHO you should leave more space in front of the car
