The expression on the eagle eyes is great, really observing the skies..... Very nice !!!
Colors could be a bit more saturated, easily done in Photoshop

It is unfortunately a captive bird. Federal law restricts captivity of these birds to only those that have been so severely injured that they could not survive in the wild.
