The Bolsa Chica Wildlife preserve lies along the coast of Southern California. Last month we won the battle with the state and special interest groups to open it up to the ebb and flow of regular tides. Now it is 5 times the size that it was and we are hoping that the birds will come back to nest. Also the local dolphin are paying visits.
