Photo The Big Hug by Virgil

During the Orca show at Loro Parque / Santa Cruz (Tenerife) i saw this little boy virtually hugging the star of the show ... but it wasnt the boy that was important to me nor was it the cuteness of the scene ... i thought more about the Orca ... having this show every hour or so - the whole day long, 7 days a week ... wondered how he felt in this moment ...

I am well aware of that this shot by no means meets my quality standards BUT some kind of technical imperfection is accepted by most viewers if the shot has a strong expression and/or tells a story ... hope you judge it with that thought in your mind :-)

NB: it was intended that the boy is out of focus

The Orca looks clear and quality, in a moment i think the boy was mounted in pic but i read your notes...
If you quit the dark trip of the left (with a cut or a cloned tool) the compositions wins.
