zyes, all ended well. The bear has got his fish and plenty of others. Still, they tell all the fisheman to cut the line if the bear starts coming for the fishermans fish.
at least the fiserman doesn't have to worry about the bear taking HIS fish
Nada,
I guess on my screen the bear looks very sharp. Fisherman is slightly out of focus due to depth of field, but that's not what I'm focusing on. I know some phtogrophers on this site and others tend to over sharpen to make it look sharp on the screen, but that's a metter of taste in my opinion. Thanks for the comment though.
wow....great moment you captured!!!
Thanks Vigen.
you are right.. the best fisher .. and the faster eater also!..
excellent, jim!
hope you are having an excellent week end!
Interesting photo!!!
Excellent work!!! The bear and the person at all are not afraid each other?!
They need to rename this park to Brave Fisherman and Photographers National Park Great shot Jim ! I read in the other comments about cutting the line... So what do they tell you to do when you look tastier than the fish ?
Anything but run. Do you know that these large animals can run in excess of 35 mph. Fotunately, the fish look a lot tastier.
I didn't know how fast they went I just knew they go faster than us I was chased by a momma black bear as a child in the smokies. The only thing that stopped her was a ranger with a very loud whistle in cades cove I know I was lucky it was a short chase and a lucky abrupt end, They ended up catching her and cubs and moved them higher in elevation.
