I think you have slightly to redress the horizon line, then the light is relatively flat and gives a lower impact to your picture. Try it in black and white with more contrast to give a dramatic effect and more interest to the picture ( just suggestion). Sorry to say that, don't take it too negative, and maybe I am wrong, but I think it's better to try to give a constructive comment.
