Sauce Marie Rose, is a mayonnaise-based dressing with a pinkish colour commonly served with shellfish, and particularly prawns, from around these parts. I think the Americans call it "Thousand Island Dressing" (sorry guys, no class :-D !).

It makes boring old english chips taste bloody good also !
