Medieval Period (1200 - 1450) Medieval clothing and fashion like everything else was dictated by the Pyramid of Power which was the Feudal System. Medieval clothes provided information about the status of the person wearing them. The type of cloth and fabric used for Medieval clothing was therefore extremely important.
