I dont know what bird this is. I was watching seals playing and this guy just came down and landed a few feet away from me. I think the moustache appealed to me more than anything else. I left the rock there to show his enviroment. maybe not good technically but i like it for its appeal
taken at bristol zoological gardens uk

I think I would have cropped out about half of the rock to just above that bit on the right. Your depth of field and capture is perfect ... well done!

A fantastic sharp capture, with really nice light and colour saturation. I am really pleased you left the rock in, because it helps provide that wonderful contrast to the bird's colour.
