Photo The descent from All Soul's Prospect is complete by Jim Griffin

Lake O'hara Alpine Circuit. Our clockwise hike around the alpine circuit is now complete after the steep descent from All Soul's prospect. This is a picture taken toward the path we have just taken after exiting the forest. Certainly a much different atmosphere than the rocky terrain we experienced above on our alpine hike. The descent is very steep with one place near All souls's Prospect I remember having to get on my rear end and climb down. All souls prospect is about at the 10 oclock position just out of sight. We'll head back toward the bus stop and take one more picture of this magnificent place....scanned negative

Ahh, but you missed the bone jarring descent Billy. Nothing like getting a little scraping on the Canadian Rockies on your pants on the way down. Plus, you missed walking through the part where there could always be bears.(Which makes it always a little nerve racking smile )
