Photo volcanic fields 2 by Cameron Fielding

Another shot of the "Fire Mountain" volcanic area in Lanzarote. The clouds cast shadows around the landscape, they create fabulous tonal variations across this lunar surface.

I haven't done this scenery justice. But we were being shepherded around in a coach, and not permitted to even get out, as it is classified as a National Park, and they must be worried the tourists are going to mess it all up. :-D..... Yeah Right !! As such, had to shoot through the coach windows. Big shame !!

Not a bad angle on a dead volcano !! Almost looking down its mouth.

uh.. such a pity yes.. you couldn't escape to shoot it.. but sometimes, when i see how some few people act at these places, i understand.. they become real vandals.. !
