.... chimney, or rather pipe - the same word in Russian means "...Wash-out..." (complete failure)

So, "Wash-out" in a "mirror of russian revolution"....

well yes , it is not a fuilure in that common meaning

But...

This building is former electric power-station.
Not-working...
But everything is intact so it might have started anytime
But You now it is just looking "water washing the stones"
