i am very attracted by this image.. the lights and shadows, the beautiful tones.. the different "stages" of elements..
may i ask why that title?

it is a fragment of restaurant "Volga-Volga" in Moscow north river-boat station.
The building has been constructed and is opened in 1933-1937.
Little bit later there was a restaurant.
...in short -- like vintage image...
