I think my favorite hike that I've done is a 15 mile hike roundtrip in Glacier National Park called the Highline trail. Not much elevation change and I've had great luck in seeing wildlife on this trail(grizzly, mountain goats, longhorn sheep). This picture was taken near the end of the return trip late in the afternoon right on the trail. Was concerned how the mom and her young one were going to go around me(or through me!), but they figured it out and went around me. this picture was taken very close.(less than 20 feet)
