Glacier National Park is located within the northwest corner of the state of Montana in the United States. It, along with Katmai and Yosemite National Parks, are my favorite parks within the US. The weather can be quite varied even within the summer months. It might snow some on you or it might be 90 degree F. This picture was taken in early August from Logan Pass at an altitude of 6647 feet. Other years, I've seen wildflowers in this location...scanned negative
