Photo picture window by Roberto

In 1998 there was a terrible earthquake centered in the village of Ribeirinha, The beautiful Ribeirinha lighthouse, all covered in 4" yellow tile, was destroyed.
there are a few walls still standing, 2 of them with windows which look out on the strait between Faial and Pico. I would love to have enough money to restore this beautiful landmark. But for now, I must be content to visit it often and try and show some of the beauty that surrounds this wonderful place.
