The hike to Grinnel Glacier has been completed although this is not a picture of the glacier but of the terrain hiked to get to the glacier. This hike was done in an August of a previous year in which the snowfall had been heavy and late for this particular winter season. The last third of a mile of this hike was done through ice and snow even in August. Quite and adventure. scanned negative.
