This is almost to the highest point of this 12 mile roundtrip hike to Grinnell glacier. This photo gives us a good look at the glacier. What is called the Garden Wall sits behind the glacier and I'll upload a photo from the wall overlooking the glacier. A remarkable place but sadly as are many other glaciers, this is a receding glacier. Scanned negative.
