[Reposted, as there was an error in the original - sorry] Thanks for the comment. Using Photoshop, I drew an area around Napoleon, feathered and inverted the selection, and used Gaussian blur. I wanted to focus on Napoleon and make the background less distracting. A closer selection may have looked a little more realistic.
