Maybe we dont' really notice how everyday we ourself divide things into squares: do this - don't do that, get that - don't need that and so on. The world becomes a system and we keep it alive. However, sometimes we need to relax, come sit on an empry beach and feel the breeze of the ocean on our face.

Love the framing and the notes.
A lovely monochromatic composition that is beautiful to see.
Relaxation is more than getting away from the work-a-day grind, and it is more than the absence of stress. It is surprising how little Americans know about the art of relaxation.
