Beautiful image this one; it surely deserved to be captured (gull or less....).
According to me, however, it contains some errors that, if avoided, would have made to get a best result.
The inclination: the line of the horizon is not horizontal (in a landscape where such line appears it is very important that he am perfectly horizontal)
The subdivision of the spaces: there is a lot of space above the clouds while the beach has been cut; I would have used a lower angle of shoot, that had allowed me to frame a complete strip of sand (there were not some aesthetical obstacles).
I have tried to make you understand (I don't know if I have succeeded there) as "I would have seen her me".
