thank you Billy for your comments, took this today the first in a long time, recovering slowly, leg got infected so i was on strong antibiotics which did not agree with me and have been feeling crap for weeks, tired listless and couldn't give a toss other than that I'm still in " grumpy old fart mode " so the wife tells me lol
