It's amazing to watch how these Dall sheep can traverse such rocky and steep terrain with such ease. Not to mention, these guys never seem to have any fear of height. Taken in Denali National Park Alaska.

Great close up shot ! I borrowed that 80-400 vr lens for a while. I liked the reach but prefer the speed of my 70-200mm F/2.8

The 70-200 is a great lens and for me it just didn't provide enough length. I can take the 80-400 anywhere including hiking and still have enough reach for wildlife and not to scare them away. I wish they would at least revise it to be AF-S and it would be a superb lens.(even with the 5.6 minimum f stop)
