The monument to the flooded ships is represented on the soviet arms of city of Sevastopol, and it is considered one of the basic symbols of city. On a copper board it is written: " In memory of the ships flooded per 1854-1855 for an obstacle of an input on spot-check ". Да, чудесный снимок: и волны, и небо - все очень выразительно. Но, я бы сказала, изюминка - это вот этот "Константиновсий равелин" - очень красивый акцент в композиции. Плюс красноватый цвет плиты - тоже дополнительный яркий штрих в общей картине. И - спасибо за примечание.

Даже стала звонить отцу за более подробной исторической справкой, поскольку вспомнила песню про дредноут "Марию": "На дне Севастопольской бухты дредноут "Мария" лежит...", оказалось, она была затоплена в первую мировую войну.
