Hmmm... hand, nice eyes, hair color, etc. If you wish to, try keeping the foreground (elbow-arm-shoulder-hair), darken it a bit and make the background disappear into black; As to me, and as it is, it`s just doing visual noise; and you will emphatise the diagonal.

Согласна с №4, ногу лучше убрать. Всё остальное - великолепно.
I also think the leg should be removed. The rerst of the picture is perfect.
