It was a fairly awful day, but I wanted to challenge myself and see if I could snap up something interesting using that stormy weather yesterday.

Also, this is two exposures put together. As it was impossible to get both the motion in the sea through a slow shutter and the sharp, almost underexposure of the sky through just one exposure, I took a bracketed shot (3 exposures of the same scene, as if for an HDR image), then used the normal and the slow shot and combined them in photoshop. Basically, half the photo is one exposure and the other, the other. They are not blended using any HDR software. It's a technique I've been developing for a while now. I've always been obsessed with the idea of getting the clouds to look as vivid as possible while not underexposing the rest. I think it's working out ok, any ideas and comments would be greatly appreciated!
