Building of municipal Town Hall (Rathaus) - one of the few in the centre of Hamburg, survivors after World War II. It was built in 1886 - he was 97. But it seems much older than its present age. 647 Town Hall premises in the city parliament meets (Byurgershaft) and the Government (Senate), headed by First Burgomistrom. The facade is decorated with figures of German emperors.
