The construction with wire was made with the filters distort twirl and Wave in three layers.
The eye was selected in part, copied the selection for another layer and dragged this selection for the right. The clouds are in four different layers being two of them in mode multiply.

What I see are choirs of clouds where the harmony...the notes of music... are embracing the conductor of the symphony. She is being held aloft by music and placing a steadying hand on the chorus that has not yet made an appearance...a true conducter of the winds and sky.
