Hi Duke , welcome to ru. We are not cruel only friendly and helpful and hopefully you will learn as I have and still am . There are a lot of superb photographers on this site and you can learn from looking at their work and asking for help . As six people have already looked and no-one has commented yet I hope I can be of some help . The Dam wheel is good and frames the picture well . There is some sparkle in the water and that is good also. Unfortunately the sky is blank . Not your fault it is how it was . You could try making this into a B/W image in photoshop .
