This is an EXCELLENT PHOTOGRAPH, and I can`t technically explain, how could it be rateded less than that, like the clumsy way the photoreporter Andrew Popov did… IT`S UNFAIR !!!
Everything on this photo is Perfect and Beautiful:
a) The Composition, Technically, is a Perfect one.
b) The boat position at the foreground, is Perfectly Correct, according with the Thirds Rule.
c) The sunset grey colors and water reflexes, have a Great Impact and they are Magnificent.
d) Everything is on focus, with a great DOF.
e) The View itself, is a Very Beautiful one.

Really wonderful...
The picture has a very pleasant composition and it is appelative. Everithing is focused in a wonderful group of colors giving to the photo great dimension and a lot of happiness. Another strong point is the "standing" of the small boat that gives force, depth and quietness to the whole group.
