Perfection!

Lee Nelson Lee Nelson #14 Sun 17 Jun 2001 00:19

Oh my, such a capture. That you even found a nest is miracle enough, but to have this in the finder is quite unbelievable. And me, still trying to get one, sitting on the feeder:-)

Amazing... The colors and capture are perfect. The feeling of hope and safety is overpowering.

Steve
This makes it into a top list of all time great bird shots. Wonderful loving care, super colors in the birds and the foliage which frames them creating such intimacy, blacks where there if Background making the birds stand out more, sharp birds with the hoving hummers blurred winggs ALL ADDS UP TO A WORLD CLASS PHOTO. I would love for you to consider writing a few hundred words and putting this image together for an article you and I wwould write for profos.com. I would need you to describe the setting, your set up, your working procedures, and the sepicifications of film, camera, lens, aperture and shutter if you have them. Please get back to me. This could be in the February 2002 Profotos.com on line magazine. We do this for your exposure and their is no wages involved.

My part of it would be to critique the photo and respond to what you have written so as the article would be an interesting dialogue.

Thanks Peter Wallack
