you should not sacrifice of quality, jyust you should prepare more accurate the image. Try to set scale of the image to 75%. Usually it decrease about 50% of file size (in Kb). In this case 75% scale decreasing 90% of the volume (from 119 Rb to 18.5 kB). This means that you did not prepare the photo accurate.

Sacrifice or not, I think that the mood comes through very well enhanced by the body language that you have captured.
