Is an interesting Image. The framing with a little cut in the top , I think that would be still better. It needs more sharpness.This is an very good photograph. My congratulations,

This `bear` might be old, but he looks like he was/is very much loved. My one suggestion would be to crop a little from the top of the frame. Details in the face are wonderful, but focus softens lower in the frame.
Still, a very nice shot which I am sure has many memories.
