Страшнючая вывеска фабрики с идиотским названием (кстати, из советского времени тоже!) весь вид портит, и красивый памятник потерялся среди этих кондовых коробок...

Ну это как бы не совсем памятник, в общепринятом смысле слова smile : бронзовая "скульптура" (я думаю работы НЕ Церетели smile ) венчает одну из "беседок" моста через Москва-реку. С другой стороны реки уже конкретные памятные сооружения с двуглавыми орлами и табличками. А вот такое "сочетание" символов получается с определённой точки моста. И все как бы на одной прямой smile .
