I understand well the scene, though there are some problems here. A bit large frame on the bottom would revealed the entire saddle wich is a nice element to identify better the stable. The horse is black and it was difficult to put him in a better light, or to obtain more details on him. Some glares on the saddle, from the flash, are not quite appealing. Composition was helped by some perspective and by the diagonals. Good details and colours. The picture tell a story but in my opinion, it failed to create a strong visual impact.
