I like the temper color scale and the shadow play really much, Helyn. The made up lips and the eye I find `mal placй` - too much like Greta Garbo`s with her cool star charisma. The texture could suite there in some parts but doesn`t overall. The blur green part is a disturbing ingridient. The black and the clear green (around Greta`s eye) is what holds this image together. The lines aren`t too exciting.

Well since nobody has seen the parrot, let me lead you to him....He is red, black beak, located in bottom portion of image, middle. Beak pointing to our left, tilted downward a bit. You can see his eye quite clearly.
