Я не вижу как это произведение называется по русски, но по английский. если это английский, оно называется "the kind uncle", хотя господин на картинке вообще выглядит не "kind" (я смеялся минут пять! Честное слово. Uncle - дядя только в смысле как родственник, но это сделало картинку ещё забавнее!), господин выглядит как злодей (хотя знаю, что внешность обманчива).
I don`t know much about being "kind," the gentleman on the picture looks outright ferocious. It`s a great image though

Todd, I don`t think there is much tradition or cultural charge to this photo. Anatoli is an excellent photographer who seems to work mainly in the genre known as photo reportage, his pictures are loaded humor or, alternately, with social satire. The ferocious gentleman in the picture looks as odd to most Russians as he would to most Americans (or Argentines), he is not a "typical character" from across the street; both the costume of the depicted personage and the his "fierce" looks are absolutely hilarious, and I would have rated this image higher than five if I could.
