In my younger years I have played under many of these towers. They say that there is a certain amount of electromagnetic energy generated beneath. The way me and my friends acted may have been a testament to that. Nice capture and let me know if you glow in the dark.
Todd, I guess some of Roy`s creations enjoy playing under those towers, that`s why they glow in the dark.
