An architectural complex built between 1907-1908 and composed of two unequal buildings joined together by a stained glass passage. It's name comes from the stained glass featuring a black vulture executed in Oradea one year after the complex was finished.
Currently, in the building operate a hotel, a cinema, a bank, and several clubs, cafes and restaurants, thus being an important meeting place for the social scene of Oradea.
