It is really interesting!
How did you do that? Are you put your tripod to the water?
It seems that the model has moved. I have an idea how to correct this. You should make two pictures. One with long exposing. And other with short. Then combine them in photoshop. Can you go with that?

the model was on a kind of peninsula and I was on another one.

I can go with your suggestion - I did it on other occations too - but on this morning unfortunately not
