Morning glory ((Ipomoea aquatica) (also water spinach,swamp cabbage) farms cultivating their crops, popular for use in salads, in the nutrient rich Beung Cheung Ek Lake, an arm of the Mekong which receives most of the citiy's sewage. The crop is able to be harvested and utilized contaminant-free. Water Spinach is a very delicious vegetable with green stems and leafs. Fried Morning Glory is very popular dish in South East Asian countries.
