I have another opinion, but that is what makes life interesting 
variety is the spice of life.
My opinion is that..what is a photo? Look at any glossy magazine and they are using such effects that the photography element has become just a part of an overall image. This "photo" is a HDR, so it is 3 photos blended into one, then I just upped the saturation. So the photo element is high in this image.
I agree with that comment. HDR is very strong and amazing tool...
