Your current flower project is well exemplified by the rich colour and detail of this image Jose. Perhaps a little more DOF would be desirable but you've caught a couple of creepy crawlies in the centre and it is a fine result overall. What equipment are you taking these shots with?

An now something about DOF:
As you can see it's very difficult to catch the flower with great definition in some parts of the object!
I take these photos almost touching the flower. The distance between the lens and the flower is something like 5/10cm and no more!!! So it's really very difficult to have the same definition overall!!!
And I have a great handicap: I have NOT that fabulous PHOTOSHOP!!!! The only software that use for editing is the very simple Picasa 3.0!!!!!
