Uchar waterfall. According to one version of translation - "Inaccessible". Another name - Great Chulchinsky waterfall. Chulcha is the name of the river, where it resides. I read that in 2011 the Association of Tour Operators included Uchar to the list of the 5 most difficult attractions Russia. In general, it really impressed me as we get to it - 4 hours in the pouring rain before him along a mountain path above the river Chulcha (about 9 km), half an hour looking at it and warming themselves at the fire, then 4h back ... But impressive!
It turns out that it was formed only some 200 years ago as a result of the next Altai earthquake, was opened in the 70s of last century, but as a tourist object he is ten years old only.
