Please excuse my long comment in English, but it seems to me there are two pictures here. If you crop the left side to the white building in the background, the woman and child on the right are made more important as one apex of a strong triangle with the motorcycle and the structure on top of the building. If you crop away the woman and child from the right there is a very nice scene that talks more about the scene than about the people. Including both scenes does not reward the eye as well.
