Richard, this is a nice scene and you`ve captured pleasant colors. If there`s possibility, try to shoot it from a position where the wires would go close to along the diagonal those splitting the image with lights one top-left and the boat in the bottom-right part of the frame, and try giving some bit more space in the top-right corner. And as for the exposure - you`ve done very well!
