This is a well executed technical and manipulative photo, but I don`t think it conveys the natural beauty of the flower.

In my opinion it is a bit HARSH and GLARING. Which takes away from the interesting aspects of the image. I think the texture of the flower is good yet takes a back seat to the almost offensive background - If this is what you were after then I salute you and I applaud.
