Exceptionally dynamic. Whether intentional or not, the effect is intense. And the cropping (again, possibly accidental) is the icing on the cake - the most poignant things are subtle, not pronounced. Here, we don`t need to see the rest of the brooms - we obviously know they are there. The gates, the bricks, the departing bus, the backs of the passersby, the woman in the glasses in the background - all of it is just excellent. Well done!

Lots of impact here. The composition looks great to me. Wouldn`t change a thing.

This is a very powerful statement of the way things are today in many places in the world... This could be a scene right here where I live. I`ve walked by it many times.
